The daily images of objects, people, events are fused into surreal world of uncommon alliances.
Abstractions, figurative approaches, traditional technique, new media and/or 3-D materials are all fused to deliver a clear visual impulse of thought or emotion.
The realm where time looses its chronology, views warp into distorted perspectives, images collapse and deteriorate revealing layers of hidden images underneath creates a sense of simultaneous dimensions. A group of objects can represent or masque another hidden image.
This challenge is exciting. It offers endless experimentation that drives me.
The transformation of mundane objects into new structures and unexpected unions gives them new symbolism and purpose.
The closer you look - the more you find being drawn into another reality.
'Digitalization of human mind' (shown)
deals with AI and creation of a new species of homo-digitalis replacing the homo sapiens, us.
The massive load of information is being extracted from us into the AI bank. Who is controlling and making subjective decisions of choosing or elimination, of importance or insignificance of our experiences and capabilities? While promising to improve our species and almost gifting us with immortality, are we not being critically intervened in our natural path of evolution from the beginning of time?
What about the richness of our interlocked experiences? Our unreplicable spark of creative genius? The unpredictability of human action due to our free will? The human frustration and doubt resulting in unexpected eureka? The immensity of emotions expressing themselves in multitude of interpretations? and ...the inexplicable spiritual experiences?
Have the homo sapiens reached the level of becoming the semi-gods to eventually eliminate their own species together with others' inhabiting the Earth?
